Cdm Co-Ordination

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 have been introduced to raise awareness to Health and Safety during building work. The CDM Regulations place duties upon clients, designers and contractors.


We act as Project Co-ordinator for clients to ensure that the obligations placed upon clients by the regulations are complied with.


The purpose of the regulations is to ensure hazards associated with building work are identified at an early stage so that an appropriate regime can be put in place to reduce the risk of injury.
